About

Helping the environment

Our Puffin Icon

We want to protect the ocean. The ocean is being polluted with single-use plastic, much of which is being for just for packaging products, not necessarily the products themselves. This needs to stop.

Aim: To remove plastic from our packaging.

We have designed our packing to use cardboard that can either by reused or recycled. Read more on our blog.

Our Wren icon

We want to design a product which is not impactful on the environment, which is why we have designed an A6 postcard rather than an A6 folded card so we use half the materials.

Aim: To make products that use as little product as possible.

We have designed a "card stand" so the postcards can be stood up if required. Read more on our blog.

Our Wolf Icon

We want to design products that can be used for multiple occasions, and printed in small batches so there is less wastage. We are gradually removing 'greetings' from our cards so that you can decide whether you use them as a birthday card, a thank you, or to let people know that you are moving house.

Aim: To make products that are versatile and can be used to celebrate any occasion.

Our Blue Tit icon

We want to design products and packaging that can be reused but ultimately recycled in kerbside recycling. We will do this by using recyclable materials;  so paper, card and cardboard. We want to make a quality product that is kept for a long period too.

Aim: To reduce the impact of our products on the environment.

Our Bee icon

We want to support campaigns that help protect the environment and the planet's precious ecosystem. As they say; "there is no Planet B". Organisations like Surfers Against Sewage, The Bumblebee Conservation Trust, Two Minutes Beach Clean, Sea Shepherd, One percent for the Planet, Friends of the Earth are just some of the groups who are working hard to save the planet.

Aim: To support the campaigns that are doing their all to protect the planet. Read more on our blog.

Thanks for coming.

More and more often, businesses want to see examples of work.

This is an example of the website I created for myself when I was running a small stationery business on Etsy.

This website now functions as a sample website to show skills as part of the recruitment process.
